About the role.
Our Coaches deliver apprenticeship programmes to learners within a range of professional employers ranging from a small office to the Local Authority. Our Coaches are required to visit apprentices locally and deliver a professional, high quality service, underpinned by the need to meet exacting quality procedures set by the awarding body and the host client.
This role offers the opportunity to genuinely change lives through offering learners the support and guidance they need to help them achieve their aspirations. All our apprenticeships are delivered through CIPD and our Coaches provide guidance on teaching & learning throughout their journey.
