Role
Our client is now seeking a UK Sales Director to work across their UK Reseller client base as well as based out of their luxurious offices in Berkshire and directly and in-directly manage a successful and growing team of around a growing team ranging from Technical and Support Staff to Senior Sales staff and Internal Account Managers. Our client is seeking a Sales Director who has the hands-on experience and proven track record of working with and developing relationships at senior-level within key UK Channel Partners.

To apply applicants should have a minimum of 8 years hands-on Channel Sales experience working for an IT Vendor that is Pre-IPO and ideally being part of building the organisation up, in addition to having demonstrated a minimum of 5 years experience within a hands-on senior management position preferably working for an IT Vendor, where you demonstrated strong forecasting, mentor and development skills, as well require the ability and proven track record in managing underachievers and maintaining overachievers at a senior level.
Package
UK Sales Directors will be offered a competitive remuneration package consisting of:
- Basic salary of GBP75000-GBP80000 (dependant on experience)
- Uncapped and realistic OTE of GBP120k
- Pension
- Private Healthcare
- Quarterly and Annual Bonuses
