Real Estate Junior/Graduate Analyst

My client is a leader in construction and development in the UK, with developments nationwide and is a highly respected and established name in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to fill a Junior/Graduate Analyst role in Central London working within an Investment Team.

The client has a need for a driven individual who has experience and a strong interest in property development, investment and a track record of conducting market research and analysis in the real estate sector. The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic and be highly proficient in the use of MS office packages and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Providing support for the property development team in underwriting and managing transactions

• Assisting in the creation of marketing materials and reports

• Conducting market research and analysis including liaison with agents to gather comparable sales and letting data

• Reviewing accommodation schedules and plans

• Providing assistance for the team in running development appraisals
