Sustainability Data Analyst

We are looking for a Sustainability Data Analyst to join our clients Sustainability Team in the delivery and development of industry leading sustainability consultancy services for the real estate sector.

This position is focused on sustainability reporting and bench marking, system setup and review, data collation and analysis, environmental compliance and performance measurement services.

Key duties will include:

- Generate key sustainability reporting outputs in a timely and accurate fashion for internal and external clients on utility and waste reporting and wider property data covering health and well being aspects and site projects, certifications or initiatives.
- Assist in developing and enhancing all reporting processes to improve efficiency,
- quality and innovation in delivering team output.
- Assist the sustainability team in all other relevant team tasks including help desk enquiries, a variety of client account support work and production of marketing and case study materials.
- Ability to manage time effectively, delivering to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Completely IT literate, numerate and proven experience with data analytic's and reporting

Experience of ESOS auditing, GRESB, GHG and CRC reporting certainly put you in an advantageous position.
