Are you a strategic HR leader looking for the opportunity to shape the future of HR for a growing and innovative organisation?
I'm looking for a dynamic HR leader who is passionate about creating an engaging and supportive employee experience. Someone who wants to bring new and innovative ideas to drive talent attraction, facilitate collaborative working and empower employees to become partners in their own development.
The role also involves designing compensation and benefits, training and development and equality, diversity and inclusion strategies as well as overseeing HR operations.
Ideally you would have international HR experience and experience of working with an academic community or the HE sector. This is not essential and applications from all sectors will be considered.
You should be able to demonstrate a strong history of influencing on people experience at an executive/board level. This is a new role for the organisation and along with that it gives the opportunity to really influence on the direction of HR during exciting periods of growth.
You will be an experienced HR professional with a naturally engaging style, an innovative outlook, and a well-developed leadership capability. You will listen and engage, using staff data and feedback to continuously improve employee performance, satisfaction, engagement and advocacy. You will be an inspiring communicator, strong project manager and have the credibility and clout to bring stakeholders across the organisation with you.
