We are now looking to strengthen our existing Business Development team and are recruiting for an Order Processing Analyst, Based at Century House, Wakefield 41 Industrial Estate.
The main objective is to be responsible for the order processing of all business development projects, analysing data and ensuring all partnerships have the optimum level of availability.
Main responsibilities
Raise set up and auto replenishment orders for all partners;
Ensure orders are processed correctly;
Working alongside inventory management analyst to ensure stock levels to support replenishment;
Ensure excellent relationships with key stakeholders within the Business Development Team and wider business;
Establish relationships with 3rd party stakeholders;
Respond to queries and deal with inaccuracies in a timely and professional manner.Ideal candidate
Be able to work autonomously;
Have analytical skills;
Deal with queries in a timely manner;
Carry out data analysis;
Excellent Excel skills (essential);
Experience working in a retail environment;
Experience in a stock and supply chain role (desirable);
Experience with demand planning tools (beneficial);
