Quantity Surveyor
Location- Loughborough
Salary- GBP40,000 + Benefits
A construction company based in the Leicestershire area currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their fast-growing team This role is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be someone with a solid working history in Quantity Surveying and is interested in shadowing a Senior Quantity Surveyor and undertaking regular site visits to become a more all-rounder surveyor. This role has come about due to growth and expansion and our client is looking to put faith in the next generation to give the company a brighter looking future.
The Role of Quantity Surveyor
Duties Include:
Financial cost control of contracts
Subcontractor comparisons
Managing JCT Contracts
Client liaising
Contract administration
Due Diligence
Experience Required:
Full driving licence
Private sector experience
Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
Confident with Microsoft Office and hold good basic IT knowledge
