My client in Ipswich is currently in need of Building Surveyors.
My client is a specialist in Estates and Project Management, Building Surveying, Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Building Services Engineering and Quantity Surveying.
The role:
• To advise clients on design and construction of new buildings.
• Advising on maintenance and repair of existing buildings.
• Ensuring projects are completed on budget and to schedule
Requirements:
Building Surveying experience
Knowledge of building regulations and understanding of planning legislation
Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
Ideally Chartered MRICS / MCIOB surveyor
Ideally Dilapidations experience
Ideally Tenant landlord expertise experience
The salary for this role is very negotiable as my client will pay high end rates for quality candidates. The package will include pension as well as 28days holiday.
