My client based in Ipswich is currently looking for an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor / Estates surveyor to join their team.
The company is a multi-disciplined property consultancy who provide expertise and knowledge across sectors; Estates and Project Management, Building Surveying, Architectural Design, Building Services Engineering and Quantity Surveying for example.
The company are currently looking for experienced Estates Surveyors who are experienced with a range of different property types e.g. residential, leisure, retail, education etc.
They are looking for a candidate who has experience with property disposals and acquisitions, planning and development, strategic asset management, valuation, rating and all estates management and L&T matters.
The salary for this role is negotiable and competitive within the industry. A fantastic employee package is also included.
