We are currently working on behalf of a leading quick service restaurant brand who are seeking to appoint Facilities / Maintenance Manager.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the upkeep of the property portfolio maintenance and will work closely with the Head of Store Support as well as alongside the CEO.

Duties:

* Manage a team of Store Support Administrators responsible for their regional areas.

* Ensure the the Group property maintenance portfolio is compliant, serviced and maintained to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

* Create monthly, quarterly and annual cost reports to identify results, trends and financial savings on present and previous years

* Manage flow of invoices by tracking jobs, attendance and satisfactory from the operations team

* Supervise and manage the maintenance team

* Suggest updates and improvements for maintenance systems, including business rates, compliance, servicing and invoicing

The above list is not exhaustive and this is a role that will continue to develop as the company grows. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude and a background in facilities/maintenance is essential.

Candidates must have, or be prepared to achieve, an IOSH qualification as a minimum requirement
