Housing support officer, Mansfield, Temporary
Your new company
Your new company is an established housing association that is looking for a housing support officer. they are a forward thinking organisation with the tenants and clients at the forefront of their minds at all time.
Your new role
In your new role you will be required to attend home visits to vulnerable tenants that suffer from mental health, have previous ASB issues or substance misuse. You will be offering them support to help sustain their tenancies when it comes to budgeting, appointments and looking at how you can help them overcome previous issues when it comes to tenancies or previous living circumstances.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have experience in dealing with ASB and mental health. You must also have experience in working in a supported environment. You will also need to have an active enhanced DBS and a full UK driving license with access to a car.
