Contract Personnel are currently collaborating with a family friendly traditional pub located just outside of Norwich's city centre.
This popular local boozer prides itself on supplying great food, drinks and hospitality to the entirety of the local community.
Duties will include:
Assisting General & Assistant Manager with management of FOH staff on shift
Serving drinks including alcohol, soft drinks and hot drinks to patrons
Using a barista machine to make coffees
Taking food orders
Serving food to patrons
Operating a cash register
Taking cash and credit card payments
Keeping the bar & restaurant clean and tidy at all times
Setting up the bar and cleaning down at the end of your shift
Complaint resolution
Who we are looking for:
Previous experience managing FOH team
Previous experience working on a bar and waiting tables
Food and drink knowledge
Passion for customer service
Preferably, your own transport as it is in a rural location
Benefits:
Hourly rate of up to GBP9.50 per hour (dependant on experience)
Staff meals during long shifts
Share of tips
This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week, predominantly over evenings and weekends, and overtime will be available.
