Managing Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering - Warrington
We are currently looking to recruit a strong Civil Engineering Managing Quantity Surveyor to look after a GBP60million Section of a GBP140million Project. The project is a smart motorway upgrade to an existing live motorway.
As the Managing Quantity Surveyor you will take ownership of the entire commercial management of your section of the project from start to handover. As a Managing Quantity Surveyor you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen as well as excellent man management and communication skills.
This contractor is a leader in their field and are continually looking for ways to improve what they do and the systems the use. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join this privately owned multidiscipline company and grow with them into a senior commercial management role.
