PROPERTY SALES NEGOTIATOR
UP TO 23K BASIC, OTE 50K PLUS BENEFITS INCLUDING FREE PARKING AND BUPA.
BASED DIDSBURY
Our client is a leading multi serviced Property company who operate within Estate Agency, Lettings, Developments and Investments. The company has been established for over fifteen years and is one of the market leaders with an impeccable reputation. They are hugely focused on staff development and offer a structured progression route and career path.
Working alongside a number of Vendors, Purchasers and Investors including Groups, Consortiums and Individuals to pitch and negotiate across both the sale and purchase of properties.
Main responsibilities:
• Liaising closely with the property buying team
• Maintaining awareness of current and new properties coming on to sell
• Liaising with various types of purchasers/investors to negotiate the sale of properties
• Negotiating with Vendors and maximising margins on property purchases
• Renegotiating where necessary
• Closing the sale and working with the completions team
• Building relationships with the Investors

Main skills and experience needed:
• Property Sales, Sales Negotiation, Estate Agency
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Have a flexible and adaptable sales style
• A desire to work to and exceed targets set
• A desire to earn very good levels of commission
• An ability to build relationships with all types of Investor client and Vendors
Candidates will receive excellent benefits including 22 days holiday, free parking, BUPA, pension scheme and uncapped commission structure.
