Our well established client based in Lincoln is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.
This will be a 6 month temporary contract starting as soon as possible, lasting until the end of March 2020.
Hours of work will be 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of GBP14.46 - GBP16.26 depending upon experience.
The successful candidate needs to be an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor able to deal with the new lettings of vacant premises, lease renewals and dealing with repairs and maintenance issues across a portfolio of industrial units and offices spread across the county.
Other property expertise would be highly desirable too in terms of being able to give valuation advice and marketing and negotiating the sale of development land that the company owns. The ability to get involved in a number of complex schemes and advising on property related matters would also be highly beneficial.
Candidates must also have their own transport as you may be required to travel around Bourne and South of the county.
