This managerial role will be supporting, managing and developing onsite and remote client facing teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of the contingent recrutiment service both from a temporary worker and client perspective.
With a focus on client satisfaction and ensuring internal teams are communicating effectively and working collaboratively with each other, you will be a pivotal member of the onsite account team.
The onsite teams you manage are responsible for filling temporary staffing requirements and ensuring that the temporary workers are supported in all aspects of the placement. They are also the first line support to the individual line managers on site.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage, support and develop the onsite team - including remote teams where applicable
  • Manage the teams performance, workload and development plans, providing coaching and training
  • Attend weekly onsite meetings to plan resource both long and short term
  • Produce MI reports, performing analysis and identifying trends and behaviours within the account
  • Attending weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, both internal and client facing
  • Weekly visits to key stakeholders and site based customers establishing satisfaction levels
  • Build strong working relationships with Head Office support teams
  • Escalation point for complaints and queries - logging and responding to these within agreed timescales following company process
  • Providing recommendations for continuous improvement to customer experience, process and client services
  • Identify new opportunities for account growth by building long term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support implementation of new service lines within your account, working with implementation and central services teams
  • Run temp clinics and create a sense of community amongst the onsite resource
  • Recruitment for internal onsite teams, delivering induction and ensure support is provided for all new starters
Skills, Experience and Requirements:-
  • Previous line management experience is essential
  • Onsite Account Management or Key Client Management
  • Reporting and analysing experience
  • Proven experience building long term partnerships with clients
  • Effective and advanced communication skills
  • Experience working for a MSP or RPO is desirable but not essential
  • An understanding of the temporary or permanent staffing market is advantageous
  • A DBS is required for this role
