Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Job Description

We have many prestigious customers where we deliver single service excellence cleaning. The primary focus of this role will be in our facility services Cleaning business delivering single service excellence to a varied customer base in the South East of the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable to the Regional Manager South for the operational, commercial and safety performance of a portfolio of clients
Leading by example, motivate and direct a workforce in excess of 100 employees, with up to 8 direct reports (Supervisors & Administrators)
Ensure that a strong safety culture exists across the business unit, with strict adherence to all company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems and procedures
Effective management of customer relationships to ensure regular contact is maintained and service delivery expectations are achieved / exceeded
To strengthen all customer relationships to support contract retention and development, successfully negotiating contract extensions wherever possible to retain contracts and protect margins
To provide insight into existing clients and lead bid teams when re-tendering existing contracts, working closely with the sales team to ensure successful outcomes
Produce professional reports and other documents to meet internal and customer deadlines

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

Experienced operational leader/professional in a high value facility services environment
Good educational standards supported by formal qualification or certificate of competence in relevant disciplines
High level of numeracy and literacy
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into successful operational solutions
Advanced communication and influencing skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Must be able to manage own time effectively and efficiently and prioritise workload
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum)
