Badenoch + Clark are recruiting for an administrator on behalf of a law firm based centrally in Altrincham.

About the company:
The firm was set up to provide expert legal advice in personal injury and accident compensation cases, with an emphasis on offering a friendly and approachable service to clients.

They deal with a wide range of compensation claims for accidents and personal injury across England and Wales. These are not limited to, but include, cases such as those which have arisen as a result of road traffic accidents (including whiplash), accidents in the workplace, medical malpractice and negligence and slips, trips and falls. There is also a dedicated team of experts who deal with serious injury claims, including those involving head injury, spinal injury and other types of catastrophic injury.

About the role:
The firm are seeking an Administrator to support the New Claims Team. Support tasks may include:
- Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
- Obtaining relevant information from other organisations or third parties.
- Creating and organising information and documents.
- Maintaining and updating databases and tracking systems.
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system (e.g. Microsoft Outlook).
- Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Creating and maintaining filing and other office systems.
- Keeping diaries and arrange appointments.
- Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes.

Specific experience is not required, however good computer skills are necessary, as well as:
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritise tasks and workload
- Oral and written communication skills
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner
- Team working ability
