In House Recruiter (Healthcare)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an In House Recruiter to join our Resourcing Team in Central Birmingham. We are based on Bennett's Hill, within walking distance of New Street and Snow Hill train station.
Cygnet Health Care have been providing a national network of high quality specialist health services for over 30 years. We currently have 140 services across the UK with more scheduled to open in the next few years - exciting times!
The Opportunity???
In this role you will oversee the recruitment for a number of clinical vacancies across our services and manage vacancies from the point of advertising through to offer stage. You will adhere to the Cygnet Resourcing Process and work towards monthly/quarterly Recruitment KPIs.
Daily duties include;
* Lead on the recruitment for a range of Allied Health Professional and Psychology vacancies across Cygnet Health Care
* Work closely with the Recruitment Manager
* Build effective working relationships with the Multi-disciplinary Team Directors
* Direct source candidates across various job boards and Linked In recruiter
* Telephone screen candidates to determine suitability and interview scheduling
* Provide successful and unsuccessful candidate feedback on their applications, where necessary
* Ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports are maintained and updated on a weekly / monthly basis
* Attend site visits / recruitment events / careers fairs and networking events on an ad-hoc basis to promote Cygnet Health Care as an employer and our career opportunities
* Provide cover for our In House Recruiter who oversees Psychiatry recruitment
What you'll need...
* Previous experience in a recruitment role either in house or agency
* A strong direct sourcing capability
* Experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Any experience recruiting / resourcing for Allied Health Professionals and Medical roles is highly desirable

Requirements
Contracted hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
