ESM Power Ltd are looking for a confident, reliable and adaptable Administrator to join our growing business. We are a leading UK independent connections provider who offer a complete service to our clients for their existing networks and utility connections.
The role will involve all aspects of administration with accuracy and attention to detail being paramount. Working closely with engineering staff and managers, you will be responsible for scheduling and co-ordination of remedial works and small projects.
You will need to be able to communicate at all levels, with organisation and prioritisation skills being key so that tasks are co-ordinated effectively and deadlines are met.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills being professional, polite and confident.
Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
Proven ability to multi-task and manage own workload.
Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail.
Work well as part of a team being adaptable to change.
Ability to create and run reports.
Accurate data inputting on in house systems.
Knowledge and experience:
Minimum 3 years experience of working in an Admin role in a busy office environment.
Proven experience of scheduling, resource organisation and decision making.
Experience of dealing with customers showing strong written and verbal communication skills.
IT literate including all MS Office packages.
