Our client is a leading distributor of video games, consoles and accessories that is in a period of unprecedented expansion - In the last three years alone their sales turnover has grown by 360% to over 120 million! - In order to continue on the upwards trajectory they are on, the company is recruiting Graduates to join their team as an Inside Account Manager at their Croydon offices.
As an Inside Account Manager, you will benefit from a unique employment package and will be granted immediate responsibility over accounts across the globe - As such a successful applicant will be a driven, highly personable graduate that possesses a resilient attitude and a hunger to succeed.
Inside Account Manager package:
Basic salary of GBP25,000 with uncapped commission

Key responsibilities:
Maintaining accounts through careful communication across a variety of channels
Nurturing, leading and progressing prospects through the sales channel
Communicating with existing accounts with the aim of promoting retention
Resolving customer complaints in a succinct manner
Utilising Axapta / MS Dynamics to process all sales activity
Pro-actively taking part in regular communication and training within the team
Keeping up to date with company's offerings to ensure your product knowledge is comprehensive
Candidate requirements:
Essential: Educated to degree level
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
