Location: Nottingham 

Salary: £18,932.78  (rising to £22,958.98 upon reaching “gold” standard) + Benefits

Based in Nottingham City Centre, our client is looking for ambitious, hardworking individuals who share their ethical values.

The Role:

They want customer focused individuals to join their Customer Service team, acting as the first point of contact for all domestic customers. You will deal with both inbound and outbound calls with both prospective and existing customers, supporting them with account management, contract, bill or payment queries and recommending tariffs and products available. You’ll also complete various administrative tasks including updating systems and data management.

Whilst full training and support will be provided candidates will have to demonstrate the right transferable skills and will ideally have experience of working within a similar customer focused role. Having an exceptional telephone manner with experience of providing advice and guidance, resolving issues and promoting products and services is essential. It is also essential you are a competent IT user with strong Microsoft Office skills, a high level of numeracy skills and able to demonstrate problem solving skills with good attention to detail.
