GBP20-25K Base, GBP30K OTE
A Gamma Platinum partnered Telco with a UK-wide presence are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team in Leicester. Offering up to GBP25K on the base, you can earn around GBP30K after commission and receive a number of other benefits as well.
This role requires somebody who is confident on the phone, able to build rapport with customers and who has understanding/ability to use Office 365 products. You must be hungry to succeed and ready to get stuck in with your new team.

Duties:
* Build rapport with customers over the phone to generate leads
* Maintain relationships whilst working with the rest of the sales team to upsell and cross-sell
* Grow your market knowledge of the Telecoms industry and the company's portfolio
* Take opportunities to build new relationships for business development
* Work to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Required Skills/Experience:
* Experience of telesales in any B2B/B2C environment
* Proven ability to meet KPI's and work as part of a team to get success
* Good phone manner and communication skills
* Hungry to succeed and start earning
* Ability to learn about products and services to be able to sell comprehensively
* Beginners knowledge of the telecoms market and Leicestershire area
