DEPARTMENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

For start as soon as possible

Permanent (37 hours per week, term time only)

Scale G2: Points 3-4 (£15,216-£15,520 actual salary)

FTE £18,065- £18,426

We are looking for a Departmental Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will provide administrative support to departments. The duties will include filing, stock control, classroom displays, classroom support and short-term lesson cover, exam support, the production of teachers’ materials and the operation of the department database.

Applications are invited from candidates who have excellent organisational and communication skills, who are flexible, and would enjoy working within a school. Applicants should be enthusiastic, able to work independently as well as part of a team and with students and teaching staff.
