Experienced or Recent Graduates Welcome
Our client, a leader in their sector and Investor in People, is looking to expand their team based in Tavistock. They are seeking several Business Development Managers to aid their clients in all business development and route-to-market activities.
Many of their clients are blue chip companies from within UK and abroad, and their target audience includes director level and senior level management within a range of companies from medium to top performing Plc's.
As Business Development Manager you will need the ability to speak confidently and credibly with people at senior levels. Previous sales, telesales, account management or business development experience would be an advantage however having the right attitude and aptitude is what counts most.
This is by no means 'just' a sales role and requires a 360 degree approach to new business development, from strategy to market research, customer profiling, through to actively identifying and influencing the end customer.
Structured training, development training, and excellent career progression are available for the right candidate. We welcome recent Graduates and candidates with experience in sales, business development, telesales, telemarketing, account management or similar experience
