Bodyshop Estimator / VDA Enfield

Our client are currently looking for an experienced Bodyshop Estimator/ VDA to work for their new state of the art site in Enfield. This role will include estimating customers vehicles in for repairs, updating customers on repair progress.
45 hour week - Monday to Friday only
Salary GBP35k - GBP38k basic + Bonus OTE GBP40k
Key Tasks

Objective: Maximise customer awareness of all available Paint & Body Centre Retailer services

??Assist customers with requests, including requests for estimates for vehicle repairs, parts sales and other sales
??Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
??Maintain effective liaison with parts and workshop

Key Skills and Experience Required:
??At least 1 years experience working as a Bodyshop Estimator/ VDA
??Must hold a full UK drivers licence
??Outstanding communicator, both in person and on the telephone
??Ability to deliver customer distinction at all times
??A high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
