Service Charge Officer
Salary - GBP26,228 - GBP28,850 (+ GBP750 Car Allowance) pro rata per annum - depending on skills and knowledge
Permanent, Part-Time (30 hours per week)

They are currently seeking a Service Charge Officer on a permanent basis. Working with other teams within the business, you will provide a high quality, cost effective service to the Group's leaseholders and service charge customers.
You will ensure customers are managed in accordance with current legislation, regulation and lease agreement and ensure the Group's best interests are protected when liaising with managing agents and other external bodies.
You will provide specialist advice and support around service charges to colleagues within the Group and have a demonstrable strong commitment to customer service and overall service excellence
About you
The successful candidate must strong commitment and demonstrable evidence of customer service and service excellence.
Educated to A level or equivalent or beyond, you will have previous service charge setting, monitoring and overall management. You will have detailed knowledge of Section 20 consultation and wider legislation, with the ability to communicate this clearly to customers and to the wider business.
You will have a proven track record of meeting deadline, with the ability to prioritise your own work.
Previous experience of First Tier or Leasehold Valuation Tribunal would be an advantage.
Due to the nature of the role a full, clean driving licence. There will be some evening meetings to attend and occasional weekend working
