You're currently a Manager working within a commercial role in a manufacturing or engineering environment. They've just had their best year to date and now, due to growth, are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to take ownership of the supply chain and be the main point of contact for the commercial team. As Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Managing Director with making Commercial decisions across the business
Leadership and development of the commercial team
Responsibility for supply chain and indirect cost base
Liaising with production and engineering teams to maximise productivity
Owning the Sales process across the business from order enquiry to after sales administration
