A local, South Yorkshire based business, who is a leading European wholesale distributor of specialist products, have an ambitious plan as the company has experienced continual strong growth over the last 10 years and they are now seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Role Purpose:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and Content Executive in the production of marketing comms, taking ownership for our ongoing email programme and creative content, working closely with our in-house designer.
Primary duties:
* Responsible for planning and building multilingual emails (using templates) in MailChimp, as well as reporting on performance.
* Briefing and managing creative assets and production with our in-house designer.
* Managing the daily workflow of the in-house designer.
* Minimal copywriting.
* Providing support to the Marketing Manager and Content Executive where needed.
* Briefing and managing creative assets and production with our in-house designer
The Person:
* A background/degree within a marketing discipline or similar
* Knowledge and experience of Mailchimp
* Some experience and exposure to the above tasks
* Highly literate
* Must be organised and methodical
The role is offered with the following perks/benefits:

* 18k - 22k experience depending
* Monday to Thursday hours 9am - 5pm, finishing at 4.30pm on a Friday
