The Role

In our newly refurbished Banqueting spaces including the 550 Cover Grand Ballroom and five further function rooms, you will be dealing with Mayfair's finest by managing everything from business events and conferences to weddings. Crucially, you will bring the charm, personality and warmth that ensures our guests return time and time again. You will direct and motivate a team, while personally ensuring quality, as well as monitoring finances and administration. You will bring the ideas, the strategy and the ability to deliver great experiences that delight our guests and continue to bring people back to our hotel.

What you'll bring

You're a strong character who's passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our guests, and you bring a background conference and banqueting, within a hotel or restaurant. As well as a high school diploma or GED, you'll have 3 years' experience in event management, food and beverage, or a related area. Alternatively, you'll bring a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related major, and 1 year's relevant experience.
