This is a high performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development. We are the only firm in Manchester that can provide fully diverse client and work type opportunities in Manchester and have a strong reputation for providing Associates with early levels of responsibility within a supportive, stretching environment.

The Firm

We stand out for being consistently excellent in advice: we not only provide technical excellence and experience but crucially, we also demonstrate real insight into our clients and what really matters to them. Our knowledge of our chosen sectors and markets, and our investment in our client relationships set us apart. We are a natural choice for FTSE100 and other "bold and beautiful" clients.

The Group

The Corporate team spans all of the firm's UK offices and four of the firm's overseas offices. It provides a full-service offering and includes transactional experience across M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Public Company Takeovers, Private Equity, Structured Real Estate and Professional Practices. The team advises on the full range of both transactional and non-transactional corporate work and works with a wide range of UK and international clients.
