Location: Birmingham
Type: Full time, Permanent (40 hours)

Cordant People are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our fast paced recruitment office in Birmingham City Centre. This role would be an ideal foot in the door for an administrator looking to start a career in recruitment.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining company databases, i.e candidate information, eligibility to work etc
Running weekly payroll for temporary workers
Sourcing and selecting candidates to match vacancies
Interviewing candidates
Responsible for compliance The skills/experience you ideally will have:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail with the ability to process sensitive information
IT literate
Self starter with a desire to go 'above and beyond'
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
Full driving licence
