An international market leader in the talent and recruitment technology market place is expanding their City based sales team and is looking to add a new business focused sales person to the team. The Role:
As a BDM you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation through to presenting and negotiating and closing the deal. You will be targeting prospects in the financial services / banking and related market sectors such as FinTech. You will need to have a desire to learn as they have a large number of products / solutions for the market depending on the clients / prospects requirements as such being able to qualify and understand your prospects requirements is key for success in this role

The Candidate:
You will be a recruiter with a demonstrable track record of success and be able to demonstrate both knowledge of the recruitment market (ideally within financial services / banking / capital markets) and also a desire to be in a sales / BDM position. You will need to be driven, self motivated and also have excellent communications skills. You will also need to be someone that is capable of working as part of a team as you will need to collaborate with people from other departments for certain opportunities including potentially international of global deals.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between GBP30,000-GBP40,000 depending on experience, pension, health and uncapped ote of between GBP60,000-GBP80,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
