The Role:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to co-ordinate the site activities for removal/de-commissioning of light mechanical industrial equipment.
You will have experience of:-
Designing and developing a decommissioning program for the factory
Identify key areas of risk and develop any mitigation
Engage with and appoint appropriate industrial movers.
Assist to identify what equipment will be subject to Scrap
Develop a program and appoint de-commissioning personal to make safe, in accordance with the land lord and client requirements, all remaining electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ensure exit strategy is completed on time and within budget allowing for seamless hand over back to the Land-lord.
