Our well-established client, based in Norwich, are currently seeking a Self-Drive Hire Insurance Adviser to join their growing team.
* Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?
* Are you a strong negotiator with excellent customer service skills?
* Do you have an excellent knowledge of insurance - in particular motor insurance?
The successful candidate will arrange insurance for a selection of vehicles and will provide first class customer service on every call, email and face-to-face enquiry, ensuring our clients are satisfied with their experience and receive the insurance that's right for them and their needs.
Main duties:
* Responsible for undertaking and maintaining a practical working system for your own client account
* Responsible for building and maintaining one to one client and insurer relationships
* Dealing with new business enquiries quickly and efficiently
* Cross selling and up selling to existing and new clients to ensure fully comprehensive cover is provided to support all the client's needs, including opportunities from across the group
* To meet individual and team sales targets where set.
* To maintain and control debtors to ensure insurer payments are complete within required timescales
* Provide assistance to team members where required to accomplish team targets and goals.
* Responsible for self-development and utilise opportunities for growth within the role
The role is full time and on a permanent basis.
This is a fast-paced department so would suit someone who thrives in an energetic and busy environment. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent customer service skills, has the ability to work as a team under pressure and is able to maintain a high level of organisation.
The successful candidate will have the ability to sell including cross selling and up selling as well as have excellent and persuasive negotiation skills. You will be comfortable working alone and as part of a team to develop relationships with clients on a direct basis.
