Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
Our client believes a home should be the place where you feel your best, they’re bringing life back into spaces and places to help people live happier and longer at home.
They’re looking for someone to join their trusted team, who will help them on their mission, making sure everyone has a happy home regardless of their changing needs.
You’ll carry out assessments in customers homes and organise adaptations. You’ll provide support, answer calls, apply for community alarms and refer customers to external agencies when needed.
You’ll be responding to calls from the Falls Recovery Service and Crisis Response, to get people back on their feet after they’ve fallen. You’ll do this on a rota-basis and will need to work evenings and weekends throughout the year.
You’ll need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle suitable for business use.
