Their purpose is to identify local needs, to respond to these needs with local solutions, and to provide excellent local services.

They are excited to be recruiting for a new Head of Asset Management to join their Senior Management Team reporting to the Chief Executive. This role takes overall responsibility for the leadership and management of our Housing Maintenance and Repairs team. You will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the team, its performance and for developing and implementing policies and procedures that meet legislative and operational needs. 

What they’re looking for; 

• Comprehensive working knowledge and experience in the housing, property or building industry 
• Significant experience of strategic asset management, programme delivery, service development and implementing and managing change.
• A positive and collaborative approach to working with the Senior Management team, working together to identify actions and deliver effective solutions promptly 
• The skills to lead, inspire and motivate the team to create effective working relationships with other teams across the Association 
• Sufficient knowledge of social housing
