ANALYTICAL METHOD DEVELOPERS NEEDED - PERM ROLE

Our client is looking for experienced and forward thinking Analytical Chemists to work within a modern pharmaceutical laboratory.

The role is to provide analytical support on drug product development projects. The role will involve liaising with both internal clients and external partners and duties may include providing direct analytical support, developing and validating analytical methods and working on tech transfers.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical, report writing and problem solving skills, to be able to think logically and have the ability to effectively collaborate with and communicate scientific ideas to both internal and external partners is a requirement. There are excellent career progression paths and opportunities to expand knowledge and expertise within the role.

You will need a degree in a relevant science subject (ie Chemistry) and extensive commercial experience gained in an analytical laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry. You will have used HPLC within a development laboratory on a daily basis and been directly involved in Method Development and Validation activities as well as Technical Transfer.

Experience of the pharma and drug development process and stability experience would be an advantage but is by no means essential.

You will need to be a team player and be able to work to tight deadlines and in a busy commercial laboratory environment.
