Salary: Up to GBP22,000
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing company based in Barnsley in the recruitment of a HR Administrator.
This is a varied and fast paced role, therefore we seek only applicants who hold (or are working towards) minimum level 3 CIPD together with relevant work experience to be able to carry out the following:
• Managing temporary labour requirements (forecasting, planning, KPIs and agency payroll)
• Supporting the HR Advisor in recruitment activities
• Processing all aspects of new starter and leaver procedures
• Ordering and co-ordinating service awards
• Providing front line advise and support on all HR matters
• Assist with HR projects
• General administrative support to the team including minute taking etc
Applicants will have a proven track record in working in a fast-paced busy HR role. You must be able to multitask and priortise your own workload and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
You must have or be working towards Level 3 CIPD.
