Purchase Ledger Clerk - North East Lincolnshire - Up to GBP18,500 (FTE)

Chase & Holland are working closely with leading, international company in to recruit a part - time Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger clerk to join their small, friendly team for 3 days per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Purchase ledger including matching, batching and coding invoices manually and through an electronic scanning system for UK & Foreign suppliers

* Statement reconciliations

* Managing all stages of queried supplier invoices and dealing with the credit notes

* Liaising with colleagues, managers and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies

* Various ad - hoc duties

Our client is looking for someone who is:

* Experienced in a similar purchase ledger/accounts role

* Excellent Excel skills - including confident with various ERP systems

* Accurate in your work and take pride in what you do
