Maintenance Engineer, Conveyor Systems
Location: Swindon and surrounding areas
Pay rate: GBP15.00 - GBP18.00 p/hr (LTD/Umbrella) depending upon experience + O/T
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:30.
Duration: 3 month contract, possible extension, possible permanent
The Company:
My client is a Global market-leader in the production, installation and support of complex automated Logistics and loading/unloading systems, predominately of an Electrical nature with light Mechanical elements.
The Role - Field Service Engineer
* You will be required to provide service support and maintenance to high-profile customers on a regional basis.
* Routine electrical and mechanical maintenance on a variety of machinery to include conveyors, automatic cranes, automated logistics, guided vehicles, robots etc.
* Must be qualified to C&G / Diploma (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or have served an Electrical Apprenticeship.
* Be competent in electrical engineering.
* PLC knowledge and some basic IT experience would be advantageous but not essential
