Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
Mercury Talent are delighted to be recruiting of an exciting opportunity to join an established high profile estate agency in West Byfleet as a Sales Negotiator. This role would suit an established estate agent, sales person or a keen trainee who would like to work in a dynamic property market.
The role of Estate agent/ Sales negotiator will come with an attractive package of GBP14-16,000 basic and on target earnings of GBP35,000 in your first year. You will have the benefit of an unbranded company car which is likely to be a BMW one series. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am -6.00 pm, You will work only one in three Saturdays. Two annual parties and you have the benefit of on site parking.
This well known independent estate agent has many high value properties on their books with the average price being GBP600,000 -GBP(Apply online only) so is looking for a driven sales negotiator estate agent that can work with all levels of properties.
The role of Estate Agent/ Sales negotiator
* To follow up on right move leads promptly
* To target potential buyers and sellers both face to face and on the phone
* To book and take viewings on the property portfolio
* To be involved in valuations
* To negotiate and close offers in to a contracted sale
About you Estate Agent/ Sales Negotiator
* You will either come for a sales negotiator / estate agency background or you will have a natural talent in sales either from recruitment, telesales or retail sales.
* Or you will believe that you have natural communication sales where you are able to advise and consultant a potential customer on buying or selling their house with a natural flair to close the deal.
* You will have a positive and professional manner and present yourself with a professional image
* You will have a hunter mentality and relish the opportunity to make significant commission based on your personal performance
* You will be friendly and warm and focused on delivering a successful solution for your customers
* You will have excellent communication skills based both on the phone and face to face.
* You will have a good level of PC skills in Microsoft Office
