The Liverpool Recruitment Company currently is looking for an Administrator. This is a permanent full-time job.

The hours of work are 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

General Responsibilities:

* Accurate data input ensuring correct and timely processing

* Manage temp compliance for two recruitment companies (LRC and FC)

* Timesheet track for two recruitment companies (LRC and FC)

* Chase any missing compliance

* Deal with new starters

* Deal with customer invoice queries over telephone and email professionally and efficiently General administration duties

* Communicate effectively with other colleagues

What you'll need to success:

* Computer literate in Microsoft Office package

* Good time management and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Confidential and discreet

* Organized

* Experience in payroll/administration is preferred but not
