Internal Recruitment and Customer Service Advisor
Temporary Role - Immediate Start!
Venatu Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a long-standing business based in the heart of Sheffield. This company are looking to hire an experienced Internal Recruitment and Customer Service Advisor.
You will join the internal recruitment team and assist in managing large volume campaigns of approx. 30-40 requisitions with multiple vacancies. Therefore, having previous experience of working in a recruitment role would be ideal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage busy workloads with daily and weekly targets.
Be a team player to ensure business targets are met.
Be able to multitask across various vacancies at different stages.
Manage relationships of stakeholders, candidates and internal teams.
Ensure all candidates documents are entered onto electronic database accurately.
Generate job offers as per internal procedures.
Ensure candidate's offers are issued within stated timescales.
Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager.THE PERSON:
Must have confident and polite telephone manner.
Must have data entry skills.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Be able to use MS Office (mainly Word and Excel). THE FINER DETAILS:
GBP9 per hour
Monday to Friday
08:30am - 16:00pm
Business attire
Friday's are dress down - smart casual only
