Elite Youth Sports are an Oxfordshire based company looking for bright, talented sports coaching looking to develop their career within the Industry. With over 10 years experience, we are now looking for passionate and hardworking coaches to join our amazing team as we look to expand and become the market leader in the Schools Coaching and Sports Camp industry.
The Job Description
The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to build up the confidence of children in their classes in a variety of sports lessons in the Primary School sector. Staff will will also be able to express their coaching ability in our ever growing After-School programme directed at providing children with extra-curriculum sports. Our coaches also have the chance to work within a team at one of our Elite Camps holiday courses. With further opportunities available within Elite Youth Sports, we now first look to promote staff with experience from within the company.

Essential Requirements
- Level 2 NGB qualification | Sports Coaching Degree or equivalent
- A full driving licence and own transport
- 2 Years coaching experience
- Up to date DBS certificate
- Level 1 safeguarding children certificate
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate

- After School sport coach (Ideal position for students)
- Holiday Staff (Camp Manager, Camp Assistant, Camp Coach) on our popular Elite Camps
- Weekend Staff (Saturday Soccer, Birthday Parties & more)
Interview process
We have a 3 part interview process to ensure we employ the right people at Elite:
* Part 1 | Telephone Interview - A quick hello from our HR department to have chat about your background, your goals and a general chat about yourself!
* Part 2 | Formal Interview - Come in and see us! Successful candidates will be asked to return for an interview in our Head Office to meet in person. We will send you an interview briefing so you have a chance to prepare.
* Part 3 | Practical Interview - This is your chance to shine! You will conduct a 45 minute sports lesson on a topic of your choice. The lesson will be overseen by our management team with feedback provided at the end.
