£40,000 - £50,000 Base (£150,000+ OTE)


We are forward thinking commercial property agency that assists businesses in sourcing office space in London.

We require a switched on, hungry, Business Development Manager / Office Agent to join our fast growing, friendly team. You will be part of a buzzing environment, within which recognises and progresses talent. A real opportunity exists to earn large commissions above your base salary.

This is a dynamic role working across two separate businesses in our company group that has been set up to look after the interests of commercial Landlords.

The roles across the two businesses are described below:

Commercial Property Sourcing:

+ Business Development to bring on new Landlords. Having brought on over 50 new instructions in the past 3 months the right candidate will be able build heavily on this growth.
+ Carrying out full disposal agency services on our largest instructions (typically those over 5000 sq ft)

Commercial Property Connectivity:

+ This part of our business is a fast-growing innovative tech start up that delivers free fibre connectivity to commercial Landlords in London and the rest of the UK
+ The role will involve engaging with Landlords and Asset Managers and Networking with office agents to grow our client base of Commercial Landlords and benefits from a very lucrative commission structure
+ We are looking for a hard worker who is very client facing and has knowledge of the commercial property market, experience working with commercial Landlords and experience working in office agency who has a desire to earn money beyond on-target earnings, and enjoy creating fruitful relationships in a social team.

Essential (skills qualities & experience)

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Competitive nature
+ Management skills
+ Experience using a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
