The Skills You'll Need:
Financial service HR experience and staff training/ development experience in an international environment, knowledge of UK employment law and regulations, excellent communication and organisational skills
Your New Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Location: Central London
Who You'll Be Working for: An international financial services company based in central London
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
??Managing the company's staff training and development
??Working closely with managers to draft company regulations, based on UK employment law and regulations"
??Maintaining an up to date awareness of changes in UK legislation affecting HR activities including but not limited to: recruitment, international mobility and performance appraisals"
??Preparing staff reports and records to be submitted to head office "
??Working closely with the HR department in Head Office to roll out company initiatives"
??Additional administrative duties as and when required
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
??Relevant experience in a similar HR focused role
??Ideally an academic background in HRM
??Flexible attitude to work, happy to work with senior managers and head office to implement HR policies and administrative duties
??English speaking to native level, Mandarin would be a bonus but not essential
??Able to demonstrate an approachable and professional attitude
