We'll make you an expert organiser.

You'll make Morrisons.

At Morrisons, we give hard-working graduates the chance to shape a food retail business like no other. You see, unlike our competitors, we own most of our own supply chain. We're both food makers and shopkeepers. And that means we can offer you a joined-up training experience that you won't get elsewhere.

Join us, on our two-year Logistics Graduate Scheme, and you'll gain unique insight into an immense and complex operation, as you learn what it takes to get the best food and products to our customers, ensuring everything arrives on time and in tiptop shape.

What you'll be doing

You'll gain exposure to different roles and exciting projects while exploring every aspect of an international supply chain - from working in our distribution sites in transport, ambient or fresh warehouse, to merchandising and space planning for our products.

This is not a 9-5 job. It involves early starts and late finishes, and there will be times where you have to work bank holidays and weekends. You also have to be able to find solutions, quickly and efficiently, as things move very fast and every day is different.

It's a challenging environment, but a highly rewarding one too. And the skills you build over the course of your two-year programme will enable you to make rapid progress to a Shift Manager role in one of our Distribution sites or a specialist in Supply Chain.

What you'll need to join us

Our colleagues 'Make Morrisons'. You'll be no exception. So, it's important that you are a great communicator and listener and can build strong working relationships with colleagues across our business. Given the pace here, you'll need to be a skilled problem-solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills. We also need you to be happy relocating to different sites to broaden your experience. A minimum 2:2 degree and full UK driving licence are essential.
