Working for one of the South's leading employers, this is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced statistical analyst with extensive consumer insight & survey experience and a passion for linking multiple sources of data to develop robust findings. Becoming a subject matter expert who truly understands the customer, you will in turn act as their voice within the business, making sound recommendations and influencing key decisions.

Your role will involve:

?? Developing and rolling out deep & complex analysis of consumer survey data via market research, statistical analysis & data science modelling from a variety of sources

?? Taking ownership of the customer segmentation, optimising groups and introducing these to the wider business

?? Creating data visualisations, presenting findings to senior internal stakeholders clearly and in an engaging way

?? Recommending & adopting best practice analysis techniques, spotting opportunities to improve data processing & analysis systems

?? Working closely with other teams, such as marketing, to champion the use of consumer data surveys, acting as the voice of the consumer across the business

?? Proactively looking for new ways to obtain useful consumer information and disseminate this across the business and developing best practice processes for collating & using the continuous flow of customer feedback

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

?? Solid experience within a similar role, ideally gained within a large B2C organisation

?? Ability to be innovative & commercial in the way you apply statistical techniques to survey data

?? Capacity to combine data from multiple sources and create a single, clear insight-led view

?? Proven ability to interpret & analyse complex data sets, applying the right statistical analysis/modelling to form sound conclusions and recommendations

?? Excellent understanding of market research methodologies, survey design, data collection & analysis

?? The ability to create engaging visualisations and present these clearly, influencing decisions

?? Ideally a degree in a relevant critical thinking, numerical or analytical subject

?? Experience of a coding language such as R, Python, SQL or VBA
