We're looking for a Telesales Account Manager to join our growing telesales team. Based in Birmingham, you'll be handling a variety of accounts, sourcing new leads, and building meaningful relationships with new clients. Yes, you'll be making cold calls, but you'll be selling from our suite of commercial products which are not only useful, but incredibly important, to clients in today's media-obsessed age.
Your primary focus will be new business; we need someone who can make the best name for themselves on the market. We need a fast-paced, motivated sales exec who can spot a lead from a mile away, who clients know they can trust, someone who sees this growing team as a huge opportunity to make a real mark for themselves.

- Working with existing customers with a heavy focus on generating response for their business
- Building relationships with new clients and offering a holistic approach to advertising
- Expanding your client base by sourcing new leads and following up to completion
- Establishing ongoing campaigns from each client through telephone based activity
- Understanding which suite of products and services is most appropriate to the clients' need
- Delivering clear and concise sales messages to build loyalty
- Ensuring a high standard of communication at all times, you will be expected to keep abreast of new product developments and present these to your client base
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be joining the business at a really exciting time, as the team is expanding across the region, giving you the opportunity to make the role your own, and build relationships with new clients across Birmingham.
You'll be growing advertising revenues across a portfolio of digital and print products. A consultative led approach is key, and you'll have the personality and communication skills to grow trusted, lasting relationships very quickly.
You're confident, likeable and driven, you're money motivated with a goal in mind, and you're not content with just hitting targets, you want to absolutely smash them.
You'll need to be flexible and adaptable; this business is ever changing, and there are always new developments in the world of publishing. You will need to stay on top of your game, continue to educate yourself and move with the ebb and flow of the business. You'll have a full understanding of the digital and print landscape - your clients are relying on you to know your stuff and to handle their campaigns with professionalism and care.
